Office Manager

Kristen is the Office Manager at Hearing Evaluation Services, as well as a Patient Care Coordinator.  Kristen’s role in the organization is to provide exceptional customer service to our patients.  She works behind the scenes to ensure each office has the tools and resources it needs so each patient is taken care of at each and every appointment.  Kristen has been with the organization since 2010.

Prior to joining the HES team, Kristen worked at a local bank for 15 years in various different positions ranging from Bank Teller to Branch Manager.
